A recent survey shows that 90% of CEOs and Chief Human Resources Officers (CHROs) agree that HR Digital Transformation and People Analytics are of high importance for business competitiveness. However, while these same leaders agree each of these trends is important, most organizations are not yet ready to meet expectations—only 9% of leaders have good understanding of what HR digital transformation really means for their businesses and a mere 8% have ready-to-use data to drive this change.
